There are some traits that synergize together and change how you play. All the classes are fun, and you can explore the whole game as any class. I suggest picking a class, playing it till you are bored, and then switch to another. Try em out, eventually you'll find a character that you will fall in love with. Honestly just choose which ever one you feel. Guild Wars 2 does a great job of making sure that each class can complete content solo with ease. However, there are some classes that are harder to learn than others, such as mesmer, elementalist, or engineer as there are a lot of different skills to learn and use. But you choose what feels right Ranger: longbow, shortbow, mainhand axe, and war horn are all ranged weapons and powerful options. Thief: scepter specter is very meta and ranged. Deadeye has pistols and rifle as well, but not super meta for group content. Engineer: rifle engineer is exceptionally powerful and simple to play right now. Like, overpowered level. BS (Banner Slave) is easier to gear as Berserker's is Core Tyria stats. DPS: Weaver (Elementalist elite spec) - Top DPS class in almost all endgame content HARD TO PLAY. Scourge (Necro elite spec) - Good DPS class + meta on some bosses due to Epi (Epidemic) bouncing. Easy to play. Variety of other random DPS classes - Most people play this /r/GuildWars2 is the primary community for Guild Wars 2 on Reddit. of the best-selling and award-winning co-op action franchise Vermintide, Warhammer 40,000 Rifle and double Piercing trait Pistol or Dagger Pistol Deadeye (to do heart seeker over the rifle sniper cover). You just spam skill 3, and stealth. Easiest rotation and does massive power damage from far. If you want condition can go Single Pistol deadeye with skill 3 does insane damage and can spam the skill forever. 8. Weaver. The Weaver is the second elite specialization of the core Elementalist and has proven itself to be a powerful DPS class in the game. It gains the ability to utilize two elements at once and perform devastating Dual Attacks, combining them for powerful effects. r/GuildWars. Welcome to /r/guildwars. If i understand it correctly i am at a point in my journey where i need to farm in order to fully gear my party, buy mats for the hom armor sets and buy minis. Ranger - valkyrie core is ofc a thing but there are atleast 2 good tier builds - trapper core and power longbow core. Thief condi core and SD are both viable builds. Mesmer he has atleast 2 viable pvp builds for core. Warrior- core axe is pretty ok and rather simple to play. Lore-wise, the Engineer class was created by the Charr. There I'd also a Charr who becomes the first in-game Revenant but they don't create the class per-se and the legends summoned by a revenant come from guild wars Lore from several races. Charr also have warbands which focus on different approaches to getting the job done. Some rely on fighting. CDDSD.
